The colors and aromas of Christmas enter into an experiential program for children. Children are mentally transferred to earlier times. Through play, active participation, illustrated and schematized presentation of the recipe, they are educated on both nutritional and folkloric values. The aim of the workshop is the transmission of healthy eating habits, but also the familiarization of children with handmade creations and the “rituals” of our culinary tradition that are increasingly disappearing from our everyday life.
